You can trade in any used appliance from any brand for a new LG product from the same category. For example, a washing machine for a washing machine, or a television for a television. You can return the appliance in any condition. Please note that you can only register a maximum of two appliances. Select a new product Before adding the product to your cart, select "Replace with new" and complete the exchange form. An additional 5% discount will appear in your cart. Please remember that you are obligated to return the used device. 2. Prepare your old device for collection Disassemble the used device and prepare it for pickup and transport by a logistics company. Pickup may occur at a different time than the delivery of the new device. 3. Free transport and disposal Your used device will be collected, transported and professionally recycled free of charge.
