Each offer code promoted by Umberto Giannini is non-transferable and valid for single use on an item (or items) of merchandise as determined by Umberto Giannini. Offer codes may not be combined and may not be used in conjunction with the Umberto Giannini Referral Program--customers are limited to the use of a single offer code per order. Offer codes cannot be used towards purchase of non-branded merchandise, packaging or applicable taxes. For online purchases, the code must be entered in the 'offer code' field at checkout. When you receive an offer code via a third party source, such as a television or radio show host, please note that such individuals may have been compensated by Umberto Giannini for their statements. Loyalty Program. Umberto Giannini may from time to time host one or more programs (the "Loyalty Program") where you can accumulate and redeem loyalty rewards points ("Points"), on an individual basis.
